This women-only workshop is geared at getting you feeling strong, graceful and sexy from inside out. Starting with a talk about yoga and sex and of how yoga and sex interplay today in the Western world. The role of sexuality and yoga in our lives as women today will also be addressed. Moving to the asana; a strong standing series to will build confidence. Finishing with restorative hip openers to release any excess baggage and negative emotions, the aim is to find comfort and solace within.his women-only workshop is geared at getting you feeling strong, graceful and sexy from inside out.
