Join Lauren on a mindful hike in the lower Bear Creek Canyon as she invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world. Through movement in nature, breath work and mantra, and gentle reflection, we’ll explore how nature nurtures us—and how we can, in turn, nurture ourselves. This guided hike is an opportunity to cultivate presence, appreciation, and a sense of wonder, all while chasing the beauty of flowing water.

Route: Out and Back
Difficulty: Easy/Moderate
Distance: 2-miles
Elevation Gain: 900 feet
Time: Approx. 2 hours (keep in mind that this hike starts and ends in the Town of Telluride, which requires a 15-minute gondola ride back to the Town of Mountain Village. This hike will not end in time to make it to a 12pm class).
Disclaimer: Hiking at 9,000 ft requires a base level of cardiovascular fitness and is not for the "faint of heart." Be sure to hydrate appropriately and note the difficulty of the hike for the best and safest experience.
