Peloton, this class will flow from slow to power. The slow flow will be powerful, and intentional, focusing on slow transitions to honor breath and presence. Slow doesn't always mean easy! We’ll build pace into a dynamic, creative power vinyasa flow. Through this practice, we meet our strengths and weaknesses, observing how Sattva (balance), Rajas (activity), and Tamas (inertia) show up within us.
This isn’t just about moving your body; it’s about slowing down, noticing the in-between, embracing where you are, and letting it fuel your next step.
