Step onto the Jurassic Trail with Lauren and journey through deep time, where ancient landscapes invite us to reflect on the vastness of Earth’s history and our fleeting yet meaningful place within it. Through mindful walking, breath awareness, and quiet observation, we’ll explore how nature holds both the memory of the past and the presence of the now. This hike through aspen groves and forests is an opportunity to connect with the land’s ancient story while grounding ourselves in the present moment.

Route: Out and Back
Difficulty: Moderate
Distance: 2.5-miles
Elevation Gain: 700 feet
Time: Approx. 2 hours (keep in mind that this hike starts and ends in the Mountain Village but requires a 10-minute gondola ride to start and finish.  This hike will not end in time to make it to a 12pm class).
Disclaimer: Hiking at 9,000 ft requires a base level of cardiovascular fitness and is not for the "faint of heart." Be sure to hydrate appropriately and note the difficulty of the hike for the best and safest experience.
