A sequel to Lauren’s most popular workshop to date, and in this one, we’re inviting the men! This class goes even deeper into our sacred selves, our connection to others, and how to use yoga to create a safe container for our bodies- the physical boundary of the soul. We will touch on themes of forgiveness, strength, surrender, softness, and have a hard-hitting chat about where yoga and sex meet in the Western media today. Where do yoga and sex meet in our lives? How can we use yoga to have even better sex? There will be a softer, heart-opening asana practice geared toward men and women. This class is about softening, opening up, facing insecurities as well as strength and harnessing our yogic power to come to terms with our sexual selves.
