Step into a deeply immersive sound journey designed to cleanse, balance, and activate your seven main energy centers. Through a guided visualization meditation and the soothing vibrations of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, Grotto Sonora Gongs, and other sound healing instruments, you will be taken on a meditative journey through each chakra—clearing blockages, restoring harmony, and awakening your inner power.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally drained, your energy may be out of balance. When energy is blocked, it can manifest into physical ailments and you may experience symptoms such as fatigue, self-doubt, overwhelm, lack of clarity, stress, or even physical pain or discomfort. As the frequencies of sound and intention work through your energy body, you will feel layers of tension dissolve. By the end of the class, you will feel lighter, deeply connected to yourself, empowered, grounded, in the flow with life, and feel your mood and outlook uplifted.
