Move your body and reconnect with yourself and fellow caregivers in a supportive, restorative setting. Weaving insights from Amy’s book, The Art and Business of Teaching Yoga, we’ll explore how to theme your yoga classes or offerings with authenticity, support students through uncertainty, and sustain our own energy as teachers. Leave this oasis nourished, inspired, and reconnected to your purpose and practice.

Amazing views and fresh mountain air amplify this nature-inspired practice featuring creative interpretations of standing asanas (suited to the outdoor setting) combined with dynamic group interactive movements. 

A favorite of Telluride Yoga Festivarians, join us for this special sunset class at San Sophia Overlook. Set against the backdrop of one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the world, this class is the perfect way to wind down your day of yoga. With a clear intention, evening chanting, an invigorating and cleansing asana, and meditation, this is a time to gather with old and new friends. Karl will amplify this nature-inspired practice with creative interpretations of standing asanas combined with dynamic group interactive movements. All are welcome. You won't want to miss it. (Students should dress warmly, and come prepared for anything.)

Bring an extra layer to be ready in case of wind or mosquitos. Unique outdoor location: from the top of the gondola, walk (directly opposite Allred's) 5-min. up the trail to San Sophia Overlook.
