Remember when we were taught to stand up straight? We might find this harder to do, thanks to our modern day lifestyle but our mat is the perfect opportunity to find some extra height and space. Posture is more that standing tall; posture is the carriage of our energy and the foundation for our movement. Let's do some brainhacking and create effective ways to improve our posture and movement! Our brain only recognizes what our habitual tendencies tell it-how we stand, sit, move- so we need to give better input to rewire our posture. It's worth the effort because improved posture means that you will breathe better, have more energy, move with more joy and stand strong in your spirit. And that freaking matters! Let's go!​​​
