Wellness Rebellion: From Strength and Surrender Open
Friday June 27, 2025 8:00am - 9:15am MDT
In this class, we flow from slow to power. The slow flow will be powerful, and intentional, focusing on slow transitions to honor breath and presence. Slow doesn't always mean easy! We’ll build pace into a dynamic, creative power vinyasa flow. Through this practice, we meet our strengths and weaknesses, observing how Sattva (balance), Rajas (activity), and Tamas (inertia) show up within us.

This isn’t just about moving your body; it’s about slowing down, noticing the in-between, embracing where you are, and letting it fuel your next step.

Wellness Rebellion: Devotion & Detachment Open
Friday June 27, 2025 12:00pm - 1:00pm MDT
In this practice, we’ll explore the balance between detachment and devotion. Trusting that whatever unfolds is exactly what needs to, while giving wholeheartedly to the present, allowing yourself to fully feel into the experience. Through intuitive and dynamic vinyasa flows, heart-opening postures, and moments of stillness, we’ll work towards cultivating the freedom that comes from holding both: detachment & devotion.

Wellness Rebellion: Strength & Mobility Flow
Sunday June 29, 2025 12:00pm - 1:00pm MDT
In this class, we’ll explore how the mat mirrors life and how you show up in the world. Moving through a mix of slow and power flows, we’ll incorporate strengthening and mobility movements to deepen our awareness of how we move, both on the mat and off. The slow flow will focus on building strength, control, and deepening mobility, while the power flow may challenge you slightly and ask you to embrace the energy that arises when we step fully into the present. This class is an invitation to reflect on your patterns—how you show up in your practice is how you show up in life.

Bliss Body: Slow Flow, Yin, & Yoga Nidra Open
Sunday June 29, 2025 2:00pm - 3:15pm MDT
When we have the spaciousness and quietude to familiarize ourselves with the minds natural state, we get clear and spacious. Our inherent "Bliss Body" is ever-present. Underneath the continuous confluence of change, there is a stable center point of safety we can celebrate.
Using ancient teachings and an intermingling of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Slow Flow, we’ll fine-tune our methods for mindful cultivation & inherent ease.

Long held floor poses encourage and enhance the Qi or energy distribution through the bones and connective tissues that bind them. These mainly static postures coax Qi into the respective Meridians (the unseen riverbeds of energy the Qi travels through), thereby encouraging a kind of needle-less acupuncture treatment. This style of practice nourishes the natural range of motion of the joints, increases the resilience and elasticity of our fascia, and slows the impact of aging.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation, allowing us to come home again & again to our own inner landmark of self-trust.

The greatest journey doesn't take us anywhere it just brings us more here.
Join Kali for a longevity practice to return to the radiant, ephemeral BLISS BODY.
