Elise Museles is a certified Eating Psychology & Mind-Body Nutrition Expert, creator of the Food Story Method, and host of the podcast Once Upon a Food Story. As an author, speaker, and coach, Elise helps people transform their relationship with food – changing not just what’s on their plate, but how they think and feel about eating.
A former attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Elise pivoted her career to pursue her passion, earning multiple certifications in holistic health, eating psychology, and integrative healing. She’s developed and led programs at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and serves on the board of the Environmental Working Group (EWG), a nonprofit dedicated to helping people live healthier lives in a healthier environment.
