About me
Jennifer Goodman is a deeply dedicated yoga teacher and practitioner as well as a former professional ballet dancer. Her love of yoga began through the physical movement and connection to breath and deepened through her exploration of the transformational & healing realms of yoga. Jennifer received her 200 & 300 hour certifications, as well as advanced & master trainings in Kriya, Meditation, Pranayama, Mantra, Tantra, Sufi, and Laya practices in India with Kia Miller & Anand Mehrotra. She has also received certifications in Hot Power Yoga, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Bhakti Yoga & Kirtan. Jennifer likes to incorporate these practices and combine various techniques within each class to challenge the mind and body, and create a balanced, healing, and transformational experience within. She also brings her passion for dance and music into her classes with a challenging, creative, and fluid approach, focusing on flexibility, strength, balance, and moving with the breath. Jennifer loves offering these practices in person and online in classes, courses, workshops, festivals, yoga teacher trainings, kirtan, and yoga retreats around the world!
