Named “All-Star” and accompanied by a full page spread by Women’s Health Magazine and a “Bravery driven badass” by Notable, Lauren Rudick is an outspoken but exuberant light in the world. She has traveled alone to over 50 countries, teaching yoga across 4-continents and sharing her journey through photos and pros along the way. Lauren is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher, photographer, and storyteller originally from Montreal, Canada. In 2016, she founded Yoga Academy International, a school that has quickly grown to become one of the most widely recognized yoga schools worldwide, known for its incredible teacher training abroad with the highest standard of education in yoga.
Lauren’s commitment to honesty, bluntness, and sharing the beauty she sees in the world have made her a trailblazer amongst yoga teachers and professional travel bloggers. She shares her adventures in a beautiful but raw and real way through her Instagram and Facebook feeds as well as her blog. Lauren has inspired thousands of women to move toward their passions, hit the road, and live a life that lights them up.
