Mindy has been teaching yoga since 2001. She owned and operated several studios in the Denver metro area for 16 years before moving to the Roaring Fork Valley. Mindy currently teaches Feminine Flow yoga classes and leads kirtans (sacred singing). She teaches in-person and online goddess-based workshops and offers holistic soul-ution based coaching. As an energy healer, she utilizes the power of crystals, sound, and divine light to help her clients clear stagnant energy and entities so they can return to their wholeness.  The many forms of energy inspire her practice and teaching through adding live music to every class, creative expression and movement, mantras, chakras, crystals, essential oils, yogic philosophy, and, of course, shakti! Attending her classes and workshops, you will receive the gift of loving yourself more fully body, mind, and spirit.Mindy is the founder of Shakti SOULutions organic apothecary that creates organic herbal self-care products with the energy of crystals. She also designs and produces gemstone malas. She launched her new Goddess Line in 2024 which includes several products to add the energy of and the presence of the Divine Feminine into your daily life.
